It is mentioned in the instructions for use that labor income such as actor remuneration shall not be paid in cash, and income shall not be concealed in the form of disguised payment of equity, real estate, jewelry, calligraphy and painting, collectibles, etc., and strictly distinguish personal income, studio operating income, and company income. . The actor employment contract shall specify the remuneration distribution between the actor's agency/actor studio and the actor himself, as well as the corresponding contractual obligations.
