"Director's Leading Talent Training" is a 2020 talent training funding project of the National Arts Fund, and is also an in-depth cooperation project between Shanghai Theatre Academy, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, and the International Theatre Association. , looking at the world, integrating Chinese and Western, and being innovative" is a leading contemporary director.
Affected by the epidemic, the program was postponed and held this year, and classes and lectures were conducted online. Five domestic outstanding directors were hired to teach special topics for five weeks, namely Professor Lu Ang of Shanghai Theatre Academy, Lei Guohua, director of Shanghai Drama Center, Song Jie, professor of Shanghai Theatre Academy, Wang Xiaoying, director of China National Theatre, and Zhang Manjun. In addition to the lecturers, more than 20 artists gave lectures. During the study period, students will also conduct repertoire observation and discussion. The students this time came from all over the country, including professional directors, actors, and college teachers.
