Audiences are no strangers to public security-themed TV dramas, but economic investigation themes are relatively rare. "Fox Hunting" tells the story of the economic investigation police's detection of major economic crimes and the multi-country cross-border pursuit. Before filming, we went to Tianjin Public Security Bureau Criminal Investigation Corps to experience life, eat and live with the front-line economic investigation police, and truly experience their working and living conditions. I found that every economic investigation policeman is an expert in finance, finance, taxation, etc., proficient in multiple languages, and responds very quickly. During the filming process, the crew kept chatting about the script and getting inspiration, trying to present the image of a flesh-and-blood police officer with strong skills to the audience.
During the filming of "Ideal Shining in China" at the Forbidden City in Beijing, I saw Gao Fei, the prototype of the characters, and Wang Youliang, his master, and really felt what "ingenuity" is.
