On July 18, the opening ceremony of the National Art Fund Artistic Talents Training Funding Project "Indigenous Folk Song Singing Talents Training" was held at the School of Music of Zhejiang Normal University. Thirty trainees from all over the country will systematically and deeply study Chinese native folk songs for 8 weeks.
According to the organizer, the training aims to strengthen the inheritance and protection of native folk songs, increase the training of native folk song professionals, and promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture. The training will take the form of centralized learning, group teaching, art observation, practical rehearsal, etc., invites from China Academy of Arts, Central Conservatory of Music, Zhejiang Normal University, Shanghai Conservatory of Music and other institutions of higher learning, as well as China Opera and Dance Theatre, Zhejiang Symphony Orchestra and other majors Twenty-seven senior experts from the performance organization carried out teaching practice and guidance for 30 students from all over the country in terms of the theoretical basis of folk song singing, technical skills, stage performance and other aspects.
The trainees who participated in the training came from 13 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in mainland my country, among which 12 were ethnic minority trainees, accounting for 40% of the total, with an average working experience of about 16 years. Nearly half of the students have intermediate or equivalent titles, and about 6 of them have senior titles, accounting for 20% of the total. More than half of the trainees belong to the category of non-genetic inheritance groups at all levels.
