Viewers who purchased tickets at the Tmall flagship store of Shanghai Drama Art Center (website: sdac.tmall.com ), please go to the order page, click the "Refund" button, confirm the refund amount, and submit a refund application. After verification by the staff, the refunded amount will be returned to your account according to the original route;
From now on, we will refund you as soon as possible. Refund consultation telephone: 021-64730123, 021-64734567 (working hours: 10:00-17:00). At the same time, the physical ticket for the canceled screenings of "The Wilderness" will be voided immediately.
2. Tickets purchased through ticketing agency channels: For audiences who purchased tickets at ticketing agencies such as Damai, Maoyan, Yanji, and Ticket Planet, please contact the corresponding ticketing platform for refund procedures from now on.
3. The deadline for applying for refunds for canceled shows of "The Wilderness" is 17:00 on August 21. Please inform each other and apply for refunds in time.
