Reporters learned from the National Film Administration on November 15 that as of November 14, my country’s total movie box office in 2023 was 50.001 billion yuan, and the total number of moviegoers was 1.179 billion. Among them, the box office of domestic films was 41.989 billion yuan, and the market share of domestic films was 83.98%. There are 58 films with a box office of over 100 million, including 39 domestic films and 19 imported films.
