According to preliminary statistics from the National Film Administration, the national movie box office during the 2024 Spring Festival holiday (February 10 to February 17) was 8.016 billion yuan, and the number of moviegoers was 163 million. Compared with the 2023 Spring Festival holiday, the box office and number of moviegoers increased by 18.47% respectively. % and 26.36%, both setting new records for the same period.
