After 4 years, "Singer 2024" officially returns.

The program has made innovative changes to the original model, adopting the "full live broadcast" broadcast mode for the first time. Through 12 interactive live broadcasts on large and small screens, the main feature is real singing without sound editing.

On May 9, the program announced the singer lineup: Na Ying, Hailai Amu, Ershiermeigui, Rainie Yang, Wang Sulong, Chanté Moore (USA), Faouzia (Canada). The singer partners are Yang Yang, Liu Ye, Zhao Yicheng, Li Shaminzi, Ma Xuan, Yuan Yonglin, and Li Jinye. The music narrator is Hu Haiquan.

At the press conference, program producer Hong Xiao talked about the new gameplay of this year's "Singer" and said, "Live broadcast can enhance a lot of interactivity. For example, one of the three points announced yesterday is the public's prediction. This can only be achieved during the live broadcast. In the past, we were troubled about how to prevent it from being revealed after the recording, and we thought of many ways. Now we don't have to think of ways, because the singers and the audience on the scene know it at the same time, and all the audience can predict the results. As long as they guess correctly, they will get a prize."

As for the starting lineup, Hong Xiao said it was a well-considered decision.

"First, the singers represent different groups of people who like music. Some like pop music, some like rock music, some like European and American music, and some like local music. They also represent the changes in the current audience. Everyone has changed from liking a certain singer to liking a certain era. We have to adapt to such changes. The program has invited outstanding singers from different fields. Second, live broadcasting has narrowed the range of singers we can choose. First of all, the singers have to dare to come and have confidence in themselves. During our invitation process, we encountered many singers who declined us because of live broadcasting. Third, because it is live broadcasting, singers must stay on Hunan Satellite TV every Friday night. Many singers are not suitable for offline performances. It is difficult to meet the above requirements of strength, courage, and schedule. In addition, we hope to bring you talented singers who have never appeared before. There are only a few singers who can come to the stage of "Singer" this year."

Na Ying

When asked by the media why she participated in "Singer 2024", Na Ying replied, "I'm here at my age, so I just want to have a heartbeat."

Na Ying said: "I was very surprised when I received the invitation to the show at first, but I was scared when I heard it was a live broadcast, because we record the show all the time, it's real, not lip-syncing, but it's different from a live broadcast. After I knew it was a live broadcast, I often had nightmares, all of which were about 'car accidents'."

Na Ying came to her senses after she woke up. Even if she sang wrong, the emotions were there and there might be problems, but the highlight might be that mistake, because every emotion is different and the outburst is also different.

Second-hand Rose

Liang Long of Ershoumeigui said frankly: "On this stage, Ershoumeigui is relatively unfamiliar. We feel more that we want to bring the feeling of original music to the public or friends. Rock bands have just entered the field of vision of more people in recent years. We hope to play a small role, without too many complicated purposes."

Rainie Yang

Regarding the voting results, Rainie Yang said: "I may still focus more on my own performance, because it is a great honor to be able to come to this stage. In the end, we have no way to think about the audience's preferences, so we can still focus on our own performance."

Wang Sulong

Wang Sulong said: "The charm of live broadcast is its flaws. I will treat the stage with a normal heart and try more original songs this time."

Hailai Amu

Hailai Amu, who will participate in the CCTV Spring Festival Gala for the first time in 2024 and sing the song "Why Not Meet Once" with Shan Yichun, has many fans on the Internet. Regarding his participation in "Singer 2024" as the first singer, he said frankly: "First of all, I think our lineup this time is very comprehensive. The program team is very thoughtful. There are audiences and singers of different ages, and there are many different styles. This will be a good challenge and a good experience. It is a good learning opportunity for me personally. There is something to learn and admire from every teacher on the scene. This season's program will be broadcast live on Hunan Satellite TV and Mango TV every Friday at 20:00 starting from May 10. In the live broadcast on May 17, Yellow Huang Xuan will be the singer who unveils the list.
