Since its debut in 2014, "Dream Renovators" has collaborated with dozens of top designers from both domestic and international backgrounds, creating stunning space renovation projects while fulfilling the dreams of over a hundred families, witnessing and sharing their heartwarming stories. "Dream Renovators" is not just a home renovation show; it reflects the changes in societal family values and pursuits over the past decade. The children who once watched "Dream Renovators" with their elders may now have their own homes, but one thing remains constant: the longing for a better life and the program team's commitment to safeguarding happiness.

The "Dream Renovators" team believes that an ideal renovation involves not only boldly reshaping physical spaces but also meticulously addressing the emotional voids, allowing clients to embark on a journey toward a better life. This philosophy has inspired this season's theme, "Refresh the Good, One by One Realized," focusing on revitalizing both "living spaces" and "emotional spaces" to fully satisfy the clients' wishes.

Specifically, this new season of "Dream Renovators" will continue to leverage the program's strong resources in home renovation, matching suitable designers to transform the functional aspects of entrusted spaces, breaking through spatial limitations. Whether it's casting "storage magic" in a one-square-meter area or tackling tricky issues like mold, leaks, or poor sound insulation, designers will rationally address the actual living challenges.

On the other hand, the program will pay closer attention to the emotional needs behind the clients’ requests, providing emotional value to overcome psychological struggles. Among this season's clients are a mother and daughter facing the challenge of "separation from the maternal unit," a young couple balancing different educational philosophies, and others dealing with grief from the loss of loved ones, all hoping to find a new outlet for life through the refreshing of their homes.

As "Dream Renovators" continues to gain popularity each year, more and more designers are becoming household names, captivating audiences with their professionalism and heartfelt creativity showcased in renovation projects. Notable designers such as Takafumi Honma, who handles various difficult challenges with ease, Xu Dong Lai, who transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary on limited budgets, and Pingzhong Wang, known for creating spatial miracles, will all return for the new season, facing complex issues like how to break through spatial limitations for aging-friendly renovations, how to share living spaces with pets, and whether to focus on increasing storage or changing perceptions about space... Each question will be addressed throughout the season.

In addition to familiar faces, this season will welcome some new participants, including emerging designer Xinya Wang, whose clients are a devoted mother-daughter duo living in a cramped room who can only squeeze onto a small bed at night. They urgently need their own independent spaces. Wang will fully leverage her empathy as a woman to address the practical needs of their lives, delivering a heartwarming transformation rich in detail. Audiences can look forward to seeing these top designers wield their expertise and share the joy of "refreshing the good" with the homeowners.

This year's "Dream Renovators" will also venture abroad for the first time, with the talented designer Liang Suiming leading a project in Malaysia to fulfill the dreams of a family of overseas Chinese. The designer will use local building materials and integrate the local living environment into the renovation, while also preserving cultural roots and passions, allowing the clients to have a strong foundation for exploring endless possibilities in their new life abroad.
