Fan Wei won the Golden Eagle Award for Best Actor for his role in "The Long Season."

On the evening of October 20, the 32nd China Television "Golden Eagle Award" ceremony took place in Changsha. Fan Wei won the Best Actor Award for his performance in "A Long Season."

Unable to attend the event in person, Fan Wei expressed his gratitude to the audience who supported "Wang Xiang" through a video message. He stated, “In 2021, I was fortunate to encounter 'A Long Season,' experiencing a lengthy autumn in the world of ‘Wang Xiang.’ This autumn was complex and romantic; some saw comedy in it, while others perceived tragedy. It's particularly joyful for an actor to create a work that evokes varied feelings in everyone. Everyone has their own little goals. Although I'm not young anymore and my beard has turned white, I still long to portray roles that are different from those of the past. I will continue to strive forward, just like the saying goes, 'Look ahead, don’t look back.' I dedicate this statement to all the friends who love television.”
