    Zhou Yutong Responds to "Flower Boy" Controversy: Thank You All for Your Supervision and Feedback

    On November 4, actress Zhou Yutong posted a response to the controversy on her Weibo account “@周雨彤微博,” acknowledging her own “limitations.”

    In her statement, she said, “I may not be as great as many people think, but I’m also not as terrible as some claim.”

    Zhou Yutong also wrote on Weibo, “I will adopt a more open mindset to receive everyone’s observations.”

    Recently, Zhou Yutong faced criticism from netizens for her performance in the variety show "Flowers and Youth" Season 6, where she was labeled as "selfish" and having "low emotional intelligence," sparking significant discussion.

    The guests on the variety show "Flowers and Youth 6" include Chen Hao, Song Qian, Liu Ye, Jin Chen, Zhou Yutong, Deng Enxi, Hou Minghao, Tian Jiarui, and Rong Zishan. The show has repeatedly trended due to issues like “four people dining on a meal meant for nine” and “Chen Hao eating leftovers,” among others.

    The sixth season premiered on September 4, starting with a Douban rating of 4.8. As of November 4 at 11 AM, "Flowers and Youth 6" had dropped to 3.9, marking the lowest rating in the entire series history.

    The highest rated season was "Flowers and Youth: Silk Road Season" (the fifth season) with a score of 9.2, featuring guests such as Qin Hailu, Qin Lan, Xin Zhilei, Dilraba Dilmurat, Zhao Zhaoyi, Wang Anyu, and Hu Xianxu. The previous lowest score for the series was 5.8 for "Flowers and Youth: Camping Season" (the fourth season), while the more controversial second season had a rating of 7.1.
