    "Marriage"

The series is adapted from Er Yuechun's novel of the same name "The Marriage", which tells the story of the patient and stubborn Lu Yunxi (played by Li Muchen) who lies dormant for love, and the infatuated general Xiao Chuyi (played by Zhou Junwei) who returns to take his wife away. Behind the indifference and forced marriage is the one who guards her with his life, and when the old friends meet, the broken mirror is reunited.

    Poster of "Marriage"

Li Muchen has already established herself as the "No. 1 female short actress" with "Pen". The combination of her and the handsome man and beautiful woman Zhou Junwei, plus the setting of the crazy general forcing him to love his ex-wife, is eye-catching enough.

Unfortunately, "The Bride Stealer" is so bloody, with a plot of revenge + house fighting + forced love. The various elements are superimposed on each other, but there is really no logic to speak of. Sometimes it is affectionate and sometimes it is violent. It is cruel for the sake of cruelty, and the reversals are abrupt, which is a bit of a waste of the heroine's acting skills.

The male lead's character is very attractive, but the interpretation of the emotional drama does not keep up with the setting of the affectionate general. You know, in the ancient idol track, the place where "forced love" can move people is "love", not "forced".

"People Today Can't See Yue in Ancient Times"

The first part of the "Wang Bingbing Trilogy", a 15-episode short drama on the theme of time travel.

The series, starring Wang Bingbing, Lu Zhaohua, Zhang Youwei and Zhang Han, tells the story of Xiaoyue (played by Wang Bingbing), a museum exhibit manager, who is involved in a mysterious incident, thus starting a fantasy adventure in the Western Han Dynasty.

What kind of working life did the "workers" of the Western Han Dynasty have? The story goes back to the past and back to the present, with two parallel plots. The script is quite interesting, and the supporting actors' acting skills are not bad.

    "Wealth is Too Much"

Directed by Zhou Xiao (Give Her a Handle, Chaoge Fu, Think Twice), and starring Lin Zehui and Zheng Yueyue, this is an ancient puppet show that travels through time and space.

The play is adapted from Xi Yin's novel "After Transmigrating into a Book, I Became a Boss's Salted Fish Pillow", which tells the story of the ill-fated sickly prince Xiao Xingheng (played by Lin Zehui) and the salted fish princess Ning Chuxi (played by Zheng Yueyue) who came from a book, silently guarding each other, healing each other and supporting each other. It is a love story of bravely fighting against the enemy, uncovering the truth, changing fate and facing life positively for the sake of the loved one.

    Stills from "Too Much Wealth"

In "Wealth and Honor Are Too Much", Xiao Xingheng, as the male supporting role in the original book, not only has a cold personality on the outside but a warm heart on the inside, and has two faces in front of and behind people, but also has a beautiful, strong and tragic life experience, and the depth of the character is greater than before. In addition, the makeup of the play also plays to its strengths and avoids its weaknesses, highlighting Lin Zehui's appearance advantage.

In contrast, Zheng Yueyue's makeup, especially the eye makeup, is confusing. Fortunately, the heroine's acting is cute and natural, and her playful and arrogant personality adds a lot of points to the role itself.

The little sun melted the cold iceberg. The interaction between the two is nice and worth watching.
