The short video series "Global Filmmakers Look at Shanghai" jointly produced by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government Information Office, Shanghai International Film and Television Festival Center and Wenhui Daily is currently on air.
The series of short videos invites judges of the 2024 Shanghai International Film and Television Festival, film market guests, film festival representatives, well-known directors, producers, foreign scholars, international students and international figures in the field of film education to jointly tell their views on Shanghai, encounter the city of film, and go on an appointment with light and shadow, so as to show and spread the charm and vitality of Shanghai to the world.
The narrator of the ninth episode is James Griffin, founder and dean of the Vancouver Film School.
