On the evening of September 1st, the closing ceremony and awards ceremony of the 19th Changchun Film Festival, hosted by the China Central Radio and Television Station and the Jilin Provincial People's Government, and co-organized by the Changchun Municipal People's Government, was held in the Golden Hall of the Changchun International Film City. A total of 124 films participated in the competition for the "Golden Deer Award" at this year's festival. After the judges' selection, ten major prizes were announced.

The film "The Volunteers: Heroic Charge" won the Best Film Award.

"Catching Dolls" received the Jury Award.

The lead actors of "We Shake the Sun Together," Peng Yuchang and Li Gengxi, respectively, won the Best Actor and Best Actress Awards.

Director Zhang Yimou took home the Best Director Award for "The 20th Article."

Screenwriter Cao Baoping and co-writers Wu Pipi and Jiao Huajing won the Best Screenplay Award for "Crossing the Angry Sea."

The film "Mistake by the River" earned Cheng Ma the Best Cinematography Award.

In the film "Silent Kill," Zhang Zhiyan and Zhou Yuan received the Best Editing Award.

The musical score for "Snow Leopard," composed by Dege Cairang, won the Best Music Award.

Director Qin Haiyan was awarded the Best Debut Award of the 19th Changchun Film Festival's "Golden Deer Award" for her film "I Went Through the Storm."
