The event is organized by the National Radio and Television Administration and the People's Government of Fujian Province, and is hosted by the China Television Art Committee, the Fujian Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, and the People's Government of Xiamen. It will be broadcast live on Beijing Satellite TV, Oriental Satellite TV, Jiangsu Satellite TV, Zhejiang Satellite TV, Southeast Satellite TV, Shandong Satellite TV, Guangdong Satellite TV, Sichuan Satellite TV, Xiamen Satellite TV, and Youku.
