On September 29, the National Radio and Television Administration's Network Audio-Visual Division released a recommended list of micro-dramas for the National Day season. Among the 29 selected micro-dramas are titles such as "I Run a Supermarket on the Long March," "This World as You Wish," and "The Supermen of Dali Village."
These works are diverse and rich in content, encompassing themes of revolution, history, national security, cultural heritage, rural revitalization, and contemporary city life. Through charming narratives and light yet passionate emotions, they resonate with the era's main themes and convey a warm and straightforward sense of patriotism.
The National Day lineup marks another step in the evolution of micro-dramas following previous releases for the Spring Festival, Labor Day, and summer seasons. It also serves as a concentrated showcase celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The "short, practical, and new" approach will contribute to a multi-faceted National Day promotion and create a vibrant atmosphere for the 75th anniversary of the new China.
