The plan is an important measure to implement the "Notice on Implementing the "Micro-Short Drama +" Action Plan to Empower Thousands of Industries" issued by the State Administration of Radio and Television. It aims to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on cyber power, implement the important deployment of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee to "explore effective mechanisms for the integration of culture and technology, and accelerate the development of new cultural formats", focus on the new requirements of science popularization work in the new era, vigorously promote the scientific spirit and the spirit of scientists, encourage more scientific and technological workers to support and participate in the creation of science popularization micro-short dramas, further stimulate the whole society to deeply participate in the innovation and creation of network literature and art, create and launch a batch of science popularization micro-short dramas with clear themes, rich knowledge, novel forms, and close to life, promote the popularization of science and technology, improve the scientific and cultural quality of the whole people, and promote the formation of a social trend of advocating science and pursuing innovation.
