SARFT: Short drama creation cannot just seek "satisfaction"

The Network Audiovisual Department of the State Administration of Radio and Television recently issued a management reminder, pointing out that the creation of micro-short dramas should be "down-to-earth", return to life and art itself, and not simply seek to be "exciting".

The management tips point out that the creation of micro-short dramas cannot be divorced from reality and cannot indulge in vulgar settings. While paying attention to the needs of the people and reflecting real concerns, it should adhere to basic common sense, stick to mainstream values, spread mainstream culture, pay attention to the spirit of the times, and give people inspiration and thinking.
