Produced by Zhang Yimou and directed by Lü Xing, with a screenplay by Zhang Yuan'ang and Mai Liya, the crime investigation and drug enforcement drama "Snow Labyrinth," starring Huang Jingyu, Zhang Yu, Wang Ziqi, Xie Keyin, Lin Boyang, Liu Runnan, and Zhao Yutong, will premiere on CCTV-8 starting September 3, with exclusive online releases on Youku and Migu Video.

Set against the backdrop of a sudden drug crisis, the drama tells the story of a police force temporarily assembled in the northeastern city of Harlin that strives to uphold social justice. The young detectives must confront not only ruthless drug trafficking groups but also conflicts between emotions and the law, as well as the challenges of justice and human nature. They press forward bravely, forging a legendary tale unique to northeastern detectives of the 1990s.
